La Marsa Delray: 72-Hour Marinated Lamb Chops on Jog Road

La Marsa Delray brought a Michigan-born Mediterranean concept to Jog Road in Delray Beach, expanding a brand already established up north into a 5,000-square-foot space under managing partner Yousif Elsebaei.

72-Hour Lamb Chops and Egyptian Specialties

The kitchen's signature is lamb chops cut from New Zealand lamb and marinated for 72 hours, served alongside house-made pita, hummus, and lentil soup. All dishes are prepared Halal, and management has highlighted plans to bring authentic Egyptian dishes to the menu that are hard to find elsewhere in South Florida.

Fine-Dining Polish With Live Entertainment

Described as fine-dining Mediterranean with an upgraded ambiance, the roughly 150-seat dining room includes a private event room for corporate functions and family gatherings, plus select evenings featuring belly dancing and live instrumental music. It's a step up in scale and polish from a typical Mediterranean counter-service spot.
