Mane Coffee: A Boca Native's Specialty Roasts and Gourmet Toast

Wednesday 26 August 2026·By Mane Coffee

Mane Coffee sits on NE Spanish River Boulevard in Boca Raton, founded by Daniel Karram, a Boca Raton native who has loved coffee for as long as he can remember. Before opening Mane, Karram spent his teenage years baking and selling bread locally, and the shop grew out of merging those two lifelong interests into one counter serving specialty coffee and gourmet toast.

Specialty Coffee From Eight Global Roasters

Rather than sourcing from a single roaster, Mane partners with eight specialty coffee roasters from around the world, including DAK Coffee Roasters in Amsterdam, The Barn in Berlin, Tim Wendelboe in Oslo, Heart Coffee Roasters in Portland, and Methodical Coffee in South Carolina, rotating beans to keep the lineup varied. That approach has earned the shop national recognition, including a spot on Food & Wine's list of the Best Coffee Shops in America and a nod in Sprudge's Sprudgie Awards.

A Social, Community-Minded Coffee Bar

Mane describes its own goal as building "a comfortable, open and social atmosphere" meant as a place for friends, family, and the community to gather, rather than a strictly grab-and-go counter. Serving breakfast, brunch, and lunch daily, the shop has become a neighborhood fixture for both a quick espresso and a slower morning spent at a table.

Good to Know

Mane Coffee is located at 500 NE Spanish River Blvd Ste 7, Boca Raton, FL 33431. For globally sourced specialty coffee from a hometown roaster, it's one of Boca Raton's standout coffee shops.
