Phat Boy Sushi, Kitchen & Bar brings its "This is how Phat Boy Rolls" slogan to South Federal Highway in Delray Beach, one of seven South Florida locations for a sushi and kitchen concept that's built a following since 2016.

Specialty Rolls and a Full Kitchen Menu

Beyond a rainbow roll and spider roll, the sushi menu pushes into bigger builds like the Bling Bling Roll, a whole tempura lobster tail topped with red tobiko, and the Flaming Lobster Roll, which pairs tempura lobster with seared tuna. The kitchen side adds Surf & Turf Fried Rice topped with grilled marinated steak, wok-tossed Samurai and Steak Noodles, and salt-and-pepper grilled Korean short ribs, plus starters like Banging Shrimp and a spicy tuna tartare topped with black tobiko.

The Delray Beach location joins sister restaurants in Oakland Park, Fort Lauderdale, Deerfield Beach, Coral Springs, Davie and Palm Beach Gardens, offering the same bar program, weekly specials and lunch deals as the rest of the group, along with private events and catering.
