Our technician, John was terrific! From the moment he arrived, John demonstrated a positive, enthusiastic attitude when I ask him to treat our azalea shrubs. He showed great customer service as he paid special attention to the areas where we have regularly seen silverfish. John also cared about us, the customers, leaving the house at the time of treatment. Additionally, Brittany, of the office staff was very helpful and pleasant when doing my scheduling. He arrived early and was very punctual, took the time to listen to and explain my concerns clearly, and walked me through what he would be doing as part of the preventive treatment. We have the bi-monthly service with Neighborly Pest Control, and are always extremely happy with their service! We're located in Mission Viejo and our tech, John, is always so kind, patient with our dogs, and does a great job. I have nothing but great things to say about him and the company, and would recommend them to anyone I know.
